Requirements:

1.　Power of Attorney. Signed by the applicant／the representative of company. This　ocument doesn't need to be notarized or legalized. You can provide us the details of the applicant (i.e. Name, Address, the representative's / signatory's Name and the Professional Title, etc.) then we can prepare the suitable document for you.

2.　Trademark sample. If the mark is in stylized form, in color or contains any device, please provide us an electronic trademark sample (in .jpg file) via email; and
3.　The International Class(es) and related Designated Goods / Services of the mark.

Charges:

1.　The cost for filing one trademark application for registration (per mark and per class) in China is US$600. This package price will cover relevant official fee, attorney fee, our service charge and include all costs for devising the specification of goods / services (10 items and below), reporting and advising on office action but will exclude costs for claiming convention priority and responding to office action and/or any opposition filed.
2.　If no objection is raised, the only further cost is US$100 (per mark and per class) for the final fee and our service charge for obtaining, reviewing and sending the Trademark Registration Certificate.

TAIWAN

Requirements:

1.　 Power of Attorney and Certificate of Corporation. Signed by the applicant /

the　representative of company. The two documents don't need to be notarized or legalized. You can provide us the details of the applicant (i.e. Name, Address, the representative's / signatory's Name and the Professional Title, etc.) then we can prepare the suitable documents for you.
2.　Trademark sample. If the mark is in stylized form, in color or contains any device, please provide us an electronic trademark sample (in .jpg file) via email; and
3.　The International Class(es) and related Designated Goods / Services of the mark.

Charges:

1.　The cost for filing one trademark application for registration (per mark and per class) in Taiwan is US$300. This package price will cover relevant official fee, our service charge and include all costs for devising the specification of goods / services (20 items and below), reporting and advising on office action but will exclude costs for claiming convention priority and responding to office action and/or any opposition filed.
2.　If no objection is raised, the only further cost is US$130 (per mark and per class) for the official registration fee and our service charge for obtaining, reviewing and sending the Trademark Registration Certificate.

HONG KONG

Requirements:

1.　No Power of Attorney is needed. Please provide us the details of the applicant (i.e. Name, Address, the representative's / signatory's Name and the Professional Title, etc.) and that is good enough.
2.　Trademark sample. If the mark is in stylized form, in color or contains any device, please provide us an electronic trademark sample (in .jpg file) via email; and
3.　The International Class(es) and related Designated Goods / Services of the mark.

Charges:

1.　The cost for filing one trademark application for registration (per mark and per class) in Hong Kong is US$700. This package price will cover relevant official fee, attorney fee, our service charge and include all costs for devising the specification of goods / services, reporting and advising on office action but will exclude costs for claiming convention priority and responding to office action and/or any opposition filed.
2.　If no objection is raised, the only further cost is US$100 (per mark and per class) for the final fee and our service charge for obtaining, reviewing and sending the Trademark Registration Certificate.

All fees quoted are all-inclusive. However, the fees do not include bank commission for bank draft and telegraphic transfer. Please also note that expenses that may be charged for courier charges at your request.
